I. Executive Summary
We are seeking a ₱500,000 capital investment to launch a highly efficient, dual-channel Coca-Cola Wholesaler/Dealer (Sub-Distributor) operation in a high-density area of Cebu.

Stable, Last-Mile Physical Wholesale to local retailers.

Proposed Partnership Structure
This venture will be established as a partnership between the Investor and the Managing Partner, who will oversee all operations and logistics.
