  • Day 76-90: Core Hiring: Onboarding the Executive team and the first 20 Warehouse/Logistics leads for Systems Training on the AI-Routing and WMS (Warehouse Management System).

  • Day 91-105: Cold-Chain Calibration: Installation of industrial freezing units and testing of the "Loading Gallery" automated hand-off systems.

  • Day 106-120: The 155-Man Onboarding: Mass hiring and training of the Hospitality and Concierge staff. This is where the 18-month Salary Safety Net officially activates.


PHASE 3: THE "GOLD" LAUNCH & LOGISTICS (Day 121 – Day 180)
Focus: Revenue Generation and Market Entry
  • Day 121-140: The 5,000 Member Drive: Launch of the "Founding Member" campaign. Marketing focuses on the exclusivity of the ₱800 fee and the "Fast-Pass" concierge benefits.

  • Day 141-160: Dry Run (The Glass Wall Test): Simulation of 600 orders per day using "dummy" stock to stress-test the fleet and the tablet-ordering system in the lounge.

  • Day 161-175: Initial Inventory In-load: Utilizing the ₱60M Seed Inventory fund to stock the VNA racks with high-velocity bulk goods and luxury Bistro supplies.

  • Day 180: GRAND OPENING: The Experience Center opens to the 5,000 "Gold Members" and the first 100 OFW fulfillment orders are dispatched.


CRITICAL MILESTONES FOR INVESTOR VISIBILITY
